Our management team
Vicki H. Burkhard has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, focusing her career on international business. From launching new IT products in Japan to debuting ad campaigns for consumer products in Europe or managing the creation of a new marketing strategy for an art festival in Southern California, Vicki has built her career on integrity and commitment to client service. Vicki understands how to reach across cultural divides and unite organizations with the same goals. These provide invaluable common business sense and exceptional cross-cultural sensitivity, which has become such an important aspect in today’s global business culture.
Over the last 20 years Vicki has worked in management roles in companies like Bernina Sewing Machines Ltd. in Switzerland, Viking Components Inc. in California and Ireland and Sonnet Technologies, Inc. in California.

Johann Ulrich has considerable talents in a broad range of roles including graphic artist, illustrator, fashion photographer, cartoonist, designer, and painter, which led him to work for several of the greatest ad agencies in Europe and eventually founding his own agency. He has now joined the BCS management team specializing in creative marketing concepts and graphic designs for our clients. His forward-looking concepts have been highly successful for many companies.
Presently, Johann is committed to doing his part to counter the loss of individual creativity in our personal and professional lives. Believing that people who possess a stimulated sense of creative intelligence are less violent, more understanding, and more flexible in dealing with life's challenges, Johann is working to educate business leaders, teachers, and parents about the importance of supporting creative development in our schools and businesses. One way he achieves this is by organizing creative workshops. Playful and fun, they encourage participants to find new talents or rediscover dormant ones. These classes truly teach the art of self-expression and that is one of the many lasting masterpieces that Johann Ulrich has given society.

Jolanda Blum
Sharing time between her bases in New York and Switzerland, Jolanda has a proven track record of success in generating awareness and maximizing growth in High Tech and Consumer Electronic channels. She has over 15 years of international sales experience working for esteemed companies like Viking InterWorks and Sonnet Technologies including 7 years spent in Singapore and 6 years in London developing the Mac, consumer electronic, and broadcasting channels throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Bringing global flair and cultural diplomacy to her role, Jolanda manages a diverse portfolio of products and partnerships with ease, excelling at channel management and customer service. Currently in charge of identifying new accounts and growing business with established clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Jolanda plays a pivotal role for BCS that continues to grow every day.

Adrian Morel
Adrian Morel, located in Irvine, California with regular trips to Brazil, began his professional career working for Silicon Valley corporations in California. He worked for and with companies such as Samsung, Philips, SONY, Traxon Technologies, VERITAS Software (now Symantec), Lighthouse Technologies (LED screens), Lighting Science and OptiLED. Since 1997, he wrote and published more than 200 IT-business articles in different magazines and newspapers and spoke in more than 15 universities in the United States and Latin America. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and at college he studied French, German, Japanese and Mandarin. He received a bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and his MBA at L’Ecoles Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées at Paris-France and Universidad de Belgrano. Today Adrian is using his experience for building long lasting business relationships in Brazil with emphasis on distribution and retail.

Alejandro Nessi
Based in Miami, Florida, and in charge of Latin America Alejandro is a sales and business development executive with more than 8 years of experience. One of his most important capabilities is his understanding of the Latin American business culture. His background includes consultative selling, new business development as well as territory and account management for retailers and distributers Alejandro is fluent in Spanish and English. Recently Alejandro held a position with i-tec Electronics, a manufacturer for iPad and iPhone accessories, as a International Sales Manager for Latin America. Alejandro is an enthusiastic sales professional with strong international management experience and relationships in the Latin American retail and distribution channels.

Justin Deckert
Justin Deckert, specializes in innovation, promotion, and clear communication through visual, audio and conceptual branding. Coming from over 10 years in the music industry, Justin employs a variety of modern marketing techniques backed by years of direct public experience and networking. With a constant will to adapt and communicate, Justin has managed to spark the interest of the US Market and continues to support this market for BCS. Justin’s passion for the Global Marketplace has opened many doors for clientele worldwide in need of modernization and fresh ideas for reaching the US Market. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Justin is constantly looking for ways to manage win/win situations for each client, each product, and each consumer.
